Cosmos: A Journal of Geography is a national, double-blind, peer-reviewed, and open-access journal aimed at the publication of research articles, review articles, and perspectives on the various sub-disciplines in geography. Our goal is to enhance the knowledge of geographic processes occurring at various spatial scales that involve both natural and societies’ actions. It is an environment where geographers and environmental scientists may share research ideas, innovative techniques, and findings relevant to both worldwide and local issues, where urban planners and policymakers may find ideas that have or may have potential use in the development of their urban planning and policy frameworks.
At Cosmos, we follow geographical interests and accept submissions related to allied fields, including environment, urban planning, economics, sociology, and political science. Thus, we envision interdisciplinary cooperation to generate new ideas for further advancements in geography as a science and as an industry.
Every volume of Cosmos is composed of a set of research papers, review papers, case reports and editorials and viewpoints that support the scholarly debate in geography.
